Polymer Preparation and Dosing
Effective dewatering depends on correct polymer conditioning. The polymer dosing system prepares flocculant solution from powder or emulsion, allows it to mature, and doses it precisely into the sludge stream ahead of the flocculation tank.
Dosing is proportional to the sludge solids load. Automatic systems adjust polymer flow as sludge feed changes, ensuring consistent floc formation and minimising polymer consumption.
