Compact Sludge Dewatering

Maximum dewatering capacity in minimum space

Space-Efficient Design

Many wastewater treatment plants — especially urban facilities, industrial sites, and retrofit installations — face severe space constraints. Screw press systems offer one of the smallest footprints of any mechanical dewatering technology. The RF-131, for example, requires just 1.86 × 0.70 m of floor space while providing up to 26 kg DS/h of dewatering capacity. Even the largest RF-404 fits within 4.67 × 2.63 m while delivering up to 1,664 kg DS/h.

Compact Advantages

  • RF-131: 1.86 × 0.70 m footprint — fits in small rooms
  • No separate thickener needed — saves additional space
  • No large belt runs or centrifuge vibration foundations
  • Containerized options for outdoor or temporary installation
  • Multi-unit configurations scale capacity without proportional footprint increase
